Paid extra 4$ for a piece of chicken in my meal which was missed.
The remaining pieces were tiny almost nugget sized.
Drink missed.
4$ for a nugget sized amount of meat on all my chicken pieces then too miss one entirely isn’t gonna make you compete with the larger chain.
New management need to think about what their customers want not how to screw them over.
25$ for an amount id pay 10$ at competitors isnt gonna bring people in.

Absolutely delighted with my first visit to Aussie Burger! The service from the young lady at the counter was exceptionally warm and genuine, making our ordering experience a breeze. She patiently guided us through the menu, offering valuable recommendations. We decided on the CHICKEN STRIP WRAP, and it was a delightful explosion of fresh, flavorful ingredients. The only minor critique would be the slightly heavy-handed salt on the crispy chips. While the shop's appearance may not be eye-catching, I observed a steady stream of satisfied customers, which speaks volumes about its popularity. Without a doubt, I'll be returning and wholeheartedly recommend you give Aussie Burger a try.
Ordered quarter chicken & chips & ended up taking back & getting my money back the chips were disgusting
they were white in colour & found out new owners & they are Indian or Sri Lankan or something & know absolutely nothing about chicken & chips
Had Aussie Rooster cater for my hubby’s birthday party and the service was great, the food delicious and more than enough of everything for 30 people. No cooking needed for u! Highly recommend!
Ordered 1/2 Chicken Man Size, $16.50c. It would have been nice for a 1/2 Chicken to be in there. Instead 2 pcs, breast and leg, opposite sides.
I am old enough to know what a full 1/2 Chicken looks like. This wasn't it.
Never seen 1/2 Chicken come in 2 mismatched pieces before.
Flesh was nice and tender, even the breast. The Chips was the best I tasted for a while. The Gravy tasted like it was made with powdered stock. Peas were cooked but lukewarm. So out of 10 for each. Chicken - 6, Chips - 8 to 9, Gravy - 3 and Peas - 5. Next time I will go Coles or Woolwprths buy a whole chook and get the Chips on the way back.
The Girl at the front counter was nice.
I took my son here for dinner with his mates & promised them it’s better than Red Rooster! I use to come here years ago regularly. Not sure what’s happened but the quality was awful. Burgers had the thinnest chicken patty I’ve seen in my life, hardly any sauce & zero flavour. Chips weren’t cooked properly & had no salt. Sad because I once loved this place.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ann and the team at Aussie Rooster! You made catering for our event so easy and stress free - not to mention the food was delicious! Food was delivered right on time and steaming hot! If you are looking for a caterer for your next event I would highly recommend Aussie Rooster. Ann was very helpful and professional. She couldn’t do enough for us!

Veggies raw cooked in that much oil it seeps through the box!
Salads are overloaded with dressings and also some are on the turn before used by dates.
Staff couldn't give a flying fluff!
Management is just as bad...
Oh well 3 times you got my money... dam sure you won't get it a fourth!
If you can't cook veggies properly wellyou better give up cooking.
